Thank you for your custom.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may be entitled to a refund or exchange.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
You must contact us before returning any product to discuss the reason of the return.
Items pre-cut to your specific requirements may not be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned items. We will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your item/s on the status of your refund after inspecting the items.
f your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your nominated bank account.
You will receive the refund within five working days of confirmation of the refund.
Freight costs will not be refunded on items returned, unless it is agreed by Floorsafe that the items are deemed faulty or Floorsafe have supplied the incorrect items ordered.
Cancellations
Please measure and order carefully. If an order has been cut to your requested specifications, Floorsafe NZ has the right to decline your request to return or cancel this order. It is entirely Floorsafe NZ’s discretion whether they will accept the cancellation depending on the lengths cut and the ability for them to be able to on sell.
If Floorsafe determine that the lengths will be able to be on sold without wastage, they will refund the order in full if the goods supplied are returned unused and in original condition to the Floorsafe depot.
Any freight costs to return the items will be at the cost of the client. The cost of the freight to supply the items to the customer will not be refunded and will need to be paid in full.
If the order is returned and Floorsafe cannot on sell without wastage, a fee of 15% + GST of the total order will be payable by the client.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own freight costs for returning any items.
If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the goods supplied are agreed by Floorsafe that they are deemed faulty or if Floorsafe have supplied the incorrect items ordered.
